This clip is from the criminally underrated and short-lived Dana Carvey Show, which along with Carvey featured several former and future Saturday Night Live writers on staff, including Robert Smigel and Stephen Colbert.
This is an absolutely pinpoint example of what sketch comedy should be. It has a clever premise, brilliantly executed by Colbert and Steve Carell, and is the perfect length.
